We designed a playbook for the every NikeTown store in the US, to both help guide it’s staff and managers in how to correctly use it’s dedicated social media channels and how to directly communicate with their customers.

Redesign for the UK’s biggest selling creative magazine. The design needed to provide both a credible and inspiring platform to showcase design work from around the world. It had to have a current yet timeless, confident yet controlled, well-crafted design aesthetic while not over powering, allowing it to shine and showcase the content.

A magazine redesign of the biggest-selling web design magazine in the world. A fresh, contemporary, web-inspired design aesthetic was applied to re-invigorate the brand along with a bespoke illustration style that helped create a new brand identity. A flexible grid formed the backbone to a design that still stands five years on.
Editorial Official Nintendo Magazine UK
An editorial design solution for the Official UK Nintendo team that talked to a wide range of Nintendo users. The cover was printed using eight colours and a spot UV varnish with the main character being embossed, which talked to Nintendo’s trademark colourful gameplay and larger-than-life characters. The interior’s design, whilst being colorful also, was controlled and considered yet fun.

For this editorial design for a new high-end UK knitting magazine, we developed a fashion-inspired photographic style, a less is more design approach with a typographic strategy that allowed for moments of flamboyance.
